Welcome to the 5th Asia Optometric Congress, 10th Asian Optometric Conference, and 5th Optometry Vietnam Conference. Sponsoring organizations may register their invited speakers or delegates through the Sponsor Guest Registration portal. Please follow the instructions below.
1. Before You Begin
The Conference Secretariat will provide each sponsor with:
Sponsor code: A unique code assigned to your organization by the Conference Secretariat. Use this code to unlock the registration form before completing each guest registration.
Please keep your sponsor code secure and share it only with authorized personnel registering guests on behalf of your organization.
2. Registration Steps
Step 1: Access the official conference website:

→ Select "Sponsor Guest Registration"

Step 2 – Select country: Choose the guest's country of residence. Vietnam uses the Vietnamese form; all other countries use the English form.
Step 3 – Select registration type:
Abstract Submission: For invited speakers submitting an abstract (presentation information, speaker profile, abstract file, and supporting documents).
Delegate Submission: For sponsored delegates attending without an abstract submission.
Step 4 – Verify sponsor code: When prompted, enter your organization's sponsor code and click "Verify".
Step 5 – Complete the form: Fill in all required personal and professional information. Upload documents as requested (abstract, profile photo, CV, certificates, etc.).
Step 6 – Submit: Click "Register". Upon successful submission, a unique Registration Code will be displayed and sent to the guest's registered email.
3. Important Notes
One registration per guest: Each speaker or delegate must be registered separately with the same Sponsor Code.
Valid sponsor code: If the code is incorrect, the system will display an error. Please contact the Secretariat if you are unsure which code applies to your organization.
Abstract format: For abstract submissions, allowed file formats are PDF, DOC, and DOCX (maximum 5 MB). Please refer to the Presentation Guidelines for abstract writing requirements.

Chào mừng Quý đơn vị đến với Hội nghị Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Châu Á lần thứ 5, Hội thảo Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Đông Nam Á lần thứ 10, Hội thảo Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Toàn quốc lần thứ 5. Các nhà tài trợ có thể đăng ký báo cáo viên hoặc đại biểu được mời tham dự thông qua cổng Đăng ký khách tài trợ. Vui lòng thực hiện theo quy trình dưới đây.
1. Chuẩn bị trước khi đăng ký
Ban Thư ký Hội nghị sẽ cung cấp cho mỗi nhà tài trợ:
Mã nhà tài trợ: Mã riêng do Ban Thư ký Hội nghị cấp cho từng đơn vị tài trợ. Dùng mã này để mở form đăng ký trước khi hoàn tất từng hồ sơ khách mời.
Vui lòng bảo mật mã và chỉ chia sẻ cho người được ủy quyền đăng ký thay mặt đơn vị.
2. Các bước đăng ký
Bước 1:

→ Chọn "Đăng ký khách tài trợ | Sponsor Guest Registration"

Bước 2 – Chọn quốc gia:
Chọn quốc gia cư trú của khách mời. Việt Nam dùng form tiếng Việt; các quốc gia khác dùng form tiếng Anh.
Bước 3 – Chọn loại đăng ký:
Đăng ký báo cáo (Abstract Submission): Dành cho báo cáo viên được mời nộp abstract (thông tin báo cáo, hồ sơ diễn giả, file abstract và tài liệu kèm theo).
Đăng ký đại biểu (Delegate Submission): Dành cho đại biểu được tài trợ tham dự mà không nộp abstract.
Bước 4 – Xác minh mã nhà tài trợ:
Khi được yêu cầu, nhập mã của đơn vị và nhấn "Xác minh".
Bước 5 – Điền form:
Điền đầy đủ thông tin cá nhân, nghề
nghiệp và tải lên các tài liệu theo yêu cầu (abstract, ảnh hồ sơ, CV, bằng cấp...).
Bước 6 – Gửi đăng ký:
Nhấn "Đăng ký". Sau khi thành công, hệ thống hiển thị Mã đăng
ký và gửi bản sao về email của khách mời.
3. Lưu ý quan trọng
Mỗi khách một lần đăng ký: Mỗi báo cáo viên hoặc đại biểu cần đăng ký riêng, dùng chung Mã Sponsor của đơn vị.
Mã hợp lệ: Nếu mã không đúng, hệ thống báo lỗi. Vui lòng liên hệ Ban Thư ký nếu chưa rõ mã của đơn vị.
Định dạng abstract: File abstract chấp nhận PDF, DOC, DOCX (tối đa 5 MB). Tham khảo thêm mục Hướng dẫn báo cáo trên website.
