Ms.Tran Minh Anh is an experienced Optometry professional with 12 years of professional experience, with expertise in optometry and refraction, binocular vision, contact lenses, myopia control, and low vision. Throughout her career, she has contributed to textbooks and teaching materials in Optometry and Ophthalmology, presented at numerous national and international scientific conferences, and contributed to the successful organization of three specialized Optometry and GOMCC conferences and workshops in Vietnam, supporting professional education and knowledge exchange in vision care.

She has extensive experience in teaching, professional training, scientific presentations, and the organization of professional conferences and workshops, and actively contributes to professional development and knowledge sharing within the optometry community. Her contributions have been recognized through the Outstanding Optometry Professional of the Year 2022 – Asian Optometric Congress (AOC) and the Eye Health Hero 2019 – International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB).

In addition to her professional activities, she holds several leadership and professional roles in national and international organizations, including Vice President of the Asian Optometric Congress (AOC), Vice President of the Vietnam Optometry Club, Fellow of IACLE and BCLA, and IMI Ambassador for the Asia-Pacific region. Vo Huynh Nhi is an Optometry professional with 7 years of professional experience, specializing in Optometry and Refraction, Pediatric Optometry and Refraction, and Myopia Control. She currently serves as an Optometry Training Specialist at Medical Saigon Group, with clinical experience and involvement in scientific presentations related to vision care and myopia management.

Throughout her academic and professional development, she graduated as the Second-ranked student in Optometry at Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine (2015–2019). Ông Phattharaphong Tantichariyangkul là bác sĩ Nhãn khoa, hiện công tác với vai trò Chuyên gia Giác mạc và Phẫu thuật Khúc xạ tại Bệnh viện Đại học Naresuan, Thái Lan. Bác sĩ có nền tảng đào tạo chuyên sâu về giác mạc, phẫu thuật ghép giác mạc và phẫu thuật khúc xạ, đồng thời có chuyên môn về kính gọng, kính áp tròng, Ortho-K, kính nội nhãn (IOL), kiểm soát cận thị và quang học tiên tiến.

Bác sĩ hoàn thành chương trình đào tạo Bác sĩ Y khoa tại Đại học Chulalongkorn, tiếp tục đào tạo chuyên ngành Nhãn khoa và hoàn thành Fellowship về Giác mạc và Phẫu thuật Khúc xạ tại Đại học Chulalongkorn. Specializes in Orthokeratology and Progressive Lens Design, with extensive experience in continuing professional education and presenting at international seminars and conferences across Asia, the United States, Europe, and Australia. As CEO of Eyecon Group, has contributed to developing a professional and innovative optometry practice network, which currently has more than 40 Optometrists across 16 centres in Malaysia.

Has held various professional and leadership positions in Optometry, including President of the Association of Malaysian Optometrists (2012–2018), President of the Asia Optometric Congress (2020–2022), Vice President of the Asia Optometric Congress (2017–2020), Advisory Council Member of the Asia Optometric Congress, and Associate Clinical Professor at Management & Science University. Syarifah Faiza Syed Mohd Dardin holds a Bachelor of Optometry (Hons), a Master of Research in Ophthalmology and Vision Science (IOVS), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Optometry (PhD). She currently serves as Secretary of the Malaysian Optical Council (MOC) and Deputy Director, BAP, Ministry of Health Malaysia.

The speaker has an academic background in clinical optometry, vision science, and clinical myopia. Her key areas of expertise include pediatric myopia, myopia progression control, peripheral refraction, and axial length assessment, with a focus on the research and management of myopia in children.

Her research focuses on refractive characteristics and factors associated with myopia progression in children, including peripheral refraction, axial length, and the efficacy of Defocus Incorporated Multiple Segments (DIMS) spectacle lenses in controlling myopia progression. Her research has been published in International Medical Journal Malaysia and Clinical Optometry, and presented at numerous international conferences in optometry, pediatric ophthalmology, and vision science.

She has experience combining clinical practice, research, and education, having served as Head of the Optometry Department in the Department of Ophthalmology at Putrajaya Hospital and Ampang Hospital, as well as a Postgraduate Researcher and Clinical Supervisor at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

The speaker has notable international academic activities, with research presented at the 4th World Congress of Optometry in Melbourne, Asia-ARVO Symposium in Yokohama, and 3rd Asia Optometry Congress in Kuala Lumpur. The topics focused on myopia progression control, peripheral refraction, and axial length in children.

Notable awards and academic grants include the Travel Grant Award at the 4th World Congress of Optometry, Melbourne; Travel Grant Award at the Asia-ARVO Symposium, Yokohama; and the Consolation Prize at the 13th International Conference on Health Sciences, Kuala Lumpur, for poster presentation.

With 30 years of professional experience in Optometry, specializing in contact lenses, including spherical contact lenses, toric contact lenses, and rigid gas-permeable (RGP) contact lenses. During the tenure at J&J Vision Care Indonesia, trained approximately 1,500 eye care professionals annually. Also participated in the development of the national Optometry education curriculum for Optometry training institutions in Indonesia and served as an assessor for continuing professional education programs of the Indonesian Optometrists Association.

Recognized as an IACLE Lifetime Member, and currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the Academy of Optometry Leprindo, Jakarta, and the School of Optometry, UKRIDA University. Previously held the positions of Head of the College of Optometrists at IROPIN and Professional Affairs Lead at J&J Indonesia. Also serves as a lecturer at ICEE, contributing to professional education and training in the field of Optometry.

Participated in the Primary Eye Care Project of The Fred Hollows Foundation as part of a nursing education and training program in Timor-Leste in the early 2000s, contributing to capacity building in primary eye care through healthcare professional training.

Ông hiện là Chủ tịch Học viện Hội nghị Khúc xạ nhãn khoa châu Á và Học viện Thị giác Thể thao châu Á. Trước đó, ông giữ chức Chủ tịch Hội nghị Khúc xạ nhãn khoa châu Á nhiệm kỳ 2022–2024 và Chủ tịch Viện Khoa học Thị giác.

Trong lĩnh vực Khúc xạ nhãn khoa tại Philippines, ông từng và đang đảm nhiệm nhiều vị trí quan trọng, bao gồm Chủ tịch Quốc gia Hiệp hội Khúc xạ nhãn khoa Philippines nhiệm kỳ 2025–2026 và thành viên Hội đồng Chuyên môn về Giáo dục Khúc xạ nhãn khoa thuộc Ủy ban Giáo dục Đại học Philippines nhiệm kỳ 2025–2029. Từ năm 2024, ông cũng là thành viên chuyên môn của Ủy ban Phát triển Nghề nghiệp và Chuyên môn hóa thuộc Ủy ban Quản lý Nghề nghiệp Philippines.

Trong lĩnh vực thị giác thể thao và thể thao chuyên nghiệp, ông từng giữ các vị trí Cố vấn Thị giác Thể thao cho Ủy ban Thể thao Philippines giai đoạn 2011–2015, thành viên Ủy ban Y tế của Ủy ban Olympic Philippines giai đoạn 2011–2017, thành viên Nhóm Khoa học Thể thao của Ủy ban Olympic Philippines phụ trách Thị giác Thể thao giai đoạn 2011–2017 và thành viên Hội đồng Điều hành Ủy ban Olympic Philippines nhiệm kỳ 2021–2024. Hiện ông là thành viên Ủy ban Y tế và Phòng chống Doping của Ủy ban Olympic Philippines nhiệm kỳ 2025–2028 và Ủy ban Trọng tài của Ủy ban Olympic Philippines nhiệm kỳ 2025–2028.

Ông cũng có nhiều năm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực thể thao, từng giữ chức Tổng Thư ký Liên đoàn Bóng rổ Xe lăn Philippines từ năm 2022 đến nay, Chủ tịch Liên đoàn Bóng lưới Philippines từ năm 2015 đến nay, Phó Chủ tịch Liên đoàn Bóng lưới châu Á nhiệm kỳ 2021–2027 và Tổng Thư ký Liên đoàn Bóng ném Philippines nhiệm kỳ 2026–2029.

Trong lĩnh vực giải quyết tranh chấp, ông là thành viên Hội đồng của Trung tâm Giải quyết Tranh chấp Philippines nhiệm kỳ 2015–2027 và hiện giữ chức Chủ tịch Ủy ban Trọng tài Thể thao của Trung tâm Giải quyết Tranh chấp Philippines. Ông cũng là Thủ quỹ của Hiệp hội Luật sư Thể thao Philippines năm 2026 và từng là Cố vấn về Giải quyết Tranh chấp Thay thế cho Ủy ban Thể thao Philippines năm 2022.

Ông là trọng tài viên được công nhận bởi Văn phòng Giải quyết Tranh chấp Thay thế thuộc Bộ Tư pháp, Cơ quan Sở hữu Trí tuệ Philippines, Trung tâm Trọng tài Khu vực Kuala Lumpur và Trung tâm Giải quyết Tranh chấp Philippines. Ông từng là Trọng tài viên Thể thao được công nhận tại Hội đồng Trọng tài Thể thao của Đại hội Thể thao Đông Nam Á lần thứ 29 tại Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia vào tháng 8/2017 và là Hòa giải viên Thể thao được công nhận tại Trung tâm Giải quyết Tranh chấp Philippines.

Tiến sĩ Charlie L. Ho có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy và đào tạo trong các lĩnh vực luật, trọng tài thể thao và khoa học vận động con người. Ông từng là giảng viên đào tạo pháp luật bắt buộc cho luật sư tại Viện Quản lý Tư pháp, Đại học Philippines – Diliman vào các năm 2022 và 2023; giảng dạy về Trọng tài Thể thao trong chương trình “Make it Sports” của Ủy ban Thể thao Philippines; giảng dạy về Giải quyết Tranh chấp Thể thao trong chương trình đào tạo Hòa giải Thể thao của Trung tâm Giải quyết Tranh chấp Philippines; và từng là giảng viên thỉnh giảng tại Khoa Vận động Con người, Đại học Philippines, trong chương trình Thạc sĩ Khoa học Vận động Con người.

Tiến sĩ Charlie L. Ho là thành viên sáng lập Hội nghị Khúc xạ nhãn khoa châu Á nhiệm kỳ 2023–2024. Ông cũng là thành viên của Hiệp hội Thị giác Thể thao Quốc tế và Hiệp hội Phục hồi chức năng Thị giác Thần kinh – Khúc xạ nhãn khoa. Từ năm 2022, ông giữ vai trò Cộng tác viên Lâm sàng tại Quỹ Chương trình Đào tạo Mở rộng Khúc xạ nhãn khoa.

He currently serves as Neuro/Sports Optometrist, Lawyer, and Arbitrator at Vision Referral Center, Philippines.

Dr. Charlie L. Ho holds the following professional licenses: PRC Registered Optometrist (1987) and Bar Passer (2011). His areas of expertise include Neuro-Optometry, Sports Vision, primary eye care, myopia management, contact lenses, vision science, and neuro-optometric vision rehabilitation.

Beyond optometry, he possesses deep expertise in arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution within the sports sector, combining his professional optometric background with legal knowledge and experience.

He is the President of the Asia Optometric Congress Academy (AOC Academy) and the Asia Sports Vision Academy (ASVA). Previously, he served as President of the Asia Optometric Congress (AOC) for the 2022–2024 term and as President of the Vision Science Institute (VSI), Inc.

Within the Philippine optometry sector, he has held and continues to hold significant roles, including National President of the Integrated Philippine Association of Optometrists (2025–2026 term) and member of the Technical Panel for Optometry Education under the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for the 2025–2029 term. He has also served as an expert member of the Career Progression and Specialization Committee (CPSP-CATS) under the Professional Regulation Commission since 2024.

In the fields of sports vision and professional sports, he held the roles of Sports Vision Consultant for the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) from 2011 to 2015, member of the POC Medical Commission (2011–2017), member of the POC Sports Science Team (Sports Vision) (2011–2017), and member of the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) Executive Board (2021–2024). He is currently a member of the Philippine Olympic Committee Medical and Anti-Doping Commission (2025–2028) and the Philippine Olympic Committee Arbitration Commission (2025–2028).

He has also been active in the sports sector for many years, serving as Secretary General of the Philippine Wheelchair Basketball Federation (2022–present), President of the Philippine Netball Federation, Inc. (2015–present), Vice President of Asia Netball (2021–2027), and Secretary General of the Philippine Handball Federation, Inc. (2026–2029).

In the field of dispute resolution, he is a member of the Board of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRCI), Inc. (2015–2027) and currently serves as Chair of the Sports Arbitration Committee of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC), Inc. He also serves as Treasurer of the Sports Lawyers Association of the Philippines (SLAP) for 2026 and was an ADR Consultant for the Philippine Sports Commission in 2022.

He is an accredited arbitrator with the Office of ADR (OADR) under the Department of Justice, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), the Kuala Lumpur Regional Arbitration Centre, and the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC), Inc. He served as an accredited Sports Arbitrator for the 29th Southeast Asian Games Sports Arbitration Council in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (August 2017) and is an accredited Sports Mediator with the PDRC.

Dr. Charlie L. Ho possesses experience in teaching and training across the fields of law, sports arbitration, and human movement science. He served as an MCLE lecturer at the Institute for the Administration of Justice (IAJ), University of the Philippines – Diliman, in 2022 and 2023. He has also served as a lecturer on Sports Arbitration for the Philippine Sports Commission’s “Make it Sports” program and as a lecturer on Sports Dispute Resolution for the PDRCI’s Sports Mediation training program. Additionally, he was a visiting lecturer at the College of Human Kinetics, University of the Philippines, within the Master of Human Movement Science program.

Dr. Charlie L. Ho is a founding member of the Asia Optometric Congress (2023–2024 term). He is also a member of the International Sports Vision Association and the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association. Since 2022, he has served as a Clinical Associate at the Optometric Extension Program Foundation.

Lĩnh vực chuyên môn: Chăm sóc mắt ban đầu, Kiểm soát cận thị, Kính tiếp xúc và Thị giác hai mắt.

Hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực học thuật và chuyên môn. Từ năm 2019 đến nay, giữ chức vụ Phó Chủ tịch và Chủ tịch Ủy ban Thực hành và Chứng nhận của Học viện Quản lý Khúc xạ nhãn khoa Châu Á. Từ năm 1998 đến 2018, ông giữ chức Giám đốc Hiệp hội Khúc xạ nhãn khoa Hồng Kông. Trước đó, ông từng đảm nhiệm nhiều vị trí giảng dạy và nghiên cứu tại Đại học Bách khoa Hồng Kông, bao gồm Giảng viên Danh dự của Chương trình Đào tạo Nhãn khoa Trung Quốc (1999–2000), Trợ lý Giáo sư tại Khoa Khúc xạ nhãn khoa và Chẩn đoán hình ảnh (1997–1998) và Nghiên cứu viên tại cùng khoa (1996–1997).

Từ năm 2011 đến 2022, ông là thành viên Hội đồng Khảo thí của Hội đồng Khúc xạ nhãn khoa thuộc Chính quyền Hồng Kông; từ năm 2010 đến 2022, là thành viên Nhóm Công tác Rà soát tổng thể Quy tắc Thực hành dành cho Khúc xạ nhãn khoa viên đã đăng ký. Năm 2011, ông là Giám sát viên Kỳ thi FIACLE trong kỳ thi công nhận của Hiệp hội Quốc tế các Nhà Giáo dục Kính tiếp xúc tại Hồng Kông. Từ năm 2010 đến 2018, ông là thành viên Ban Công tác của Hội nghị Khúc xạ nhãn khoa Hồng Kông. Từ năm 2010 đến 2012, ông là thành viên Hội đồng Cố vấn Khu vực châu Á của tổ chức Optometry Giving Sight. Từ năm 1996 đến 1997, ông là Giám khảo của Hội đồng Khúc xạ nhãn khoa thuộc Chính quyền Hồng Kông.

Over 20 years of academic and professional experience. Since 2019, he has served as Vice President and Chairman of the Practice and Certification Committee of the Asia Optometric Management Academy. He has also been a member of The Hong Kong Association of Orthokeratology since 2019; a member of The Hong Kong Optometric Association since 1998; a Fellow (Life Time) of The International Association of Contact Lens Educators since 2010; a member of the British Contact Lens Association since 2010; and a member of The Hong Kong Society of Professional Optometrists since 1989.

From 1998 to 2018, he served as Director of The Hong Kong Optometric Association. Previously, he held various academic and research positions at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, including Honorary Lecturer for the China Ophthalmic Education Program (1999–2000), Assistant Professor in the Department of Optometry and Radiography (1997–1998), and Research Fellow in the same department (1996–1997).

From 2011 to 2022, he served as a Member of the Board Examination Committee of the Optometrists Board, Hong Kong Government, and from 2010 to 2022 as a Member of the Working Group for the Overall Review of the Code of Practice for Registered Optometrists. In 2011, he served as a FIACLE Examination Supervisor for the Accreditation Examination of The International Association of Contact Lens Educators in Hong Kong. From 2010 to 2018, he was a Member of the Working Committee of the Hong Kong Optometric Conference. From 2010 to 2012, he served as a Member of the Regional Advisory Board, Asia, of Optometry Giving Sight. From 1996 to 1997, he served as an Examiner for the Optometrists Board, Hong Kong Government.

Bà Nguyễn Thị Thùy có bằng Cử nhân Điều dưỡng (Cử nhân Điều dưỡng tổng hợp), Đại học Điều dưỡng Nam Định; Chứng chỉ Khúc xạ và Kỹ thuật viên Nhãn khoa, Bệnh viện Mắt Aravind, Ấn Độ (2018); và đang theo học Thạc sĩ Y tế Công cộng (MPH), dự kiến tốt nghiệp tháng 05/2027. Hiện bà là Cán bộ chương trình và Chuyên gia Nhãn khoa/Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa tại Orbis International, Việt Nam.

Chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực Quản lý Y tế và Khúc xạ nhãn khoa với hơn 7 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên môn, có thế mạnh về xây dựng và vận hành dự án, phát triển quy trình lâm sàng, đào tạo nhân viên và điều phối các chương trình chăm sóc mắt cộng đồng quy mô lớn. Trong vai trò Cán bộ Chương trình, bà tham gia toàn bộ vòng đời của dự án, từ thiết kế, lập kế hoạch, xây dựng khung hoạt động đến phân tích ngân sách và giám sát thực hiện, đồng thời phối hợp với các đối tác địa phương trong quá trình phê duyệt. Bà phối hợp với Sở Y tế, Sở Giáo dục và các bệnh viện tuyến tỉnh để phát triển các hoạt động thực địa, đào tạo và cung cấp dịch vụ. Trong công tác giám sát và đánh giá, bà xây dựng hệ thống KPI và thực hiện các chuyến đi thực địa.

Với nền tảng Khúc xạ nhãn khoa, bà hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và tư vấn cho các đối tác trong việc xây dựng quy trình lâm sàng chuẩn mực và đào tạo nhân viên y tế địa phương. Bà trực tiếp giám sát chất lượng dịch vụ chăm sóc mắt tại cộng đồng và trường học, bảo đảm tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn của Orbis International và quy định của Bộ Y tế. Năm 2026, bà là báo cáo viên tại Cơ quan Phòng chống Mù lòa Quốc tế (IAPB) với chủ đề “Triển khai các dịch vụ dành cho người khiếm thị ở Việt Nam: Xây dựng các mô hình tiên phong thông qua xây dựng năng lực và quan hệ đối tác quốc tế.” Năm 2025, bà là báo cáo viên tại Hội nghị Kiểm soát cận thị và chỉnh thị toàn cầu (GOMCC) với chủ đề “Mô hình sức khỏe mắt học đường ở miền núi Việt Nam”, đồng báo cáo tại Hiệp hội Nhãn khoa Việt Nam (VOS) về “Hiện trạng và tăng cường khả năng tiếp cận các dịch vụ thị lực kém ở Việt Nam.”

Trước khi gia nhập Orbis International, từ tháng 02/2024 đến tháng 09/2024, bà giữ chức Phó Y tá Trưởng – Trung tâm Mắt Công nghệ cao tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Tâm Anh. Từ tháng 10/2022 đến tháng 01/2024, bà là Trưởng nhóm Khúc xạ tại Bệnh viện Quốc tế Vinmec. Từ tháng 08/2018 đến tháng 09/2022, bà giữ vai trò Trưởng nhóm Khúc xạ tại Bệnh viện Mắt Alina. Từ tháng 03/2023 đến tháng 04/2024, bà đảm nhiệm vị trí Điều phối viên Chương trình tại Liên minh Vì Tương lai Trẻ mồ côi (OrFA).

Nguyen Thi Thuy holds a Bachelor of Nursing (General Nursing) from Nam Dinh University of Nursing, a Certificate in Refraction and Ophthalmic Technology from Aravind Eye Hospital, India (2018), and is a Master of Public Health (MPH) Candidate (expected graduation in May 2027). She currently serves as Program Officer and Ophthalmic/Refraction Specialist at Orbis International, Vietnam.

Expert in Health Management and Optometry/Refraction with over seven years of professional experience. She possesses strong capabilities in project design and implementation, clinical protocol development, staff training, and the coordination of large-scale community eye care programs. She currently serves as a Program Officer at Orbis International, directly managing a portfolio of three projects: the Comprehensive Eye Care Project in Lai Chau province, the development of a Low Vision service model in Vietnam, and the strengthening of school eye care capacity at Hai Phong Eye Hospital using the REACH model.

In her role as Program Officer, she is involved in the entire project lifecycle—from design, planning, and activity framework development to budget analysis and implementation monitoring—while coordinating with local partners and stakeholders during the approval process. She also collaborates with Departments of Health, Departments of Education, and provincial-level hospitals to develop field activities, training programs, and service delivery initiatives. In her monitoring and evaluation role, she develops KPI systems and conducts field visits.

Leveraging her background in optometry, she provides technical support and consultancy to partners on establishing standardized clinical protocols and training local medical staff. She directly oversees the quality of eye care services in communities and schools, ensuring compliance with Orbis International standards and Ministry of Health regulations. In 2026, she presented at the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) on the topic: “Implementing services for the visually impaired in Vietnam: Building pioneering models through capacity building and international partnerships.” In 2025, she was a speaker at the Global Myopia and Orthokeratology Control Conference (GOMCC) on “School eye health models in mountainous Vietnam” and co-presented at the Vietnam Ophthalmological Society (VOS) on “Current status and improving access to low-vision services in Vietnam.”

Prior to joining Orbis International, from February 2024 to September 2024, she served as Deputy Head Nurse at the High-Tech Eye Center of Tam Anh General Hospital. From October 2022 to January 2024, she served as the Refraction Team Leader at Vinmec International Hospital. Previously, from August 2018 to September 2022, she held the position of Refraction Team Leader at Alina Eye Hospital. From March 2023 to April 2024, she served as a Program Coordinator at the Orphan’s Futures Alliance (OrFA).

Bà Nguyễn Thị Hòa có bằng Cử nhân Ngôn ngữ Anh và có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy lâm sàng và hợp tác quốc tế. Hiện bà là Điều dưỡng trưởng Khoa Mắt Trẻ em tại Bệnh viện Mắt Hải Phòng, Việt Nam.

Với hơn 12 năm kinh nghiệm trong đào tạo điều dưỡng lâm sàng và hợp tác quốc tế, có nền tảng chuyên môn trong lĩnh vực Sản – Phụ khoa, Điều dưỡng và Nhãn khoa. Trong 10 năm qua, sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh y khoa trong giảng dạy, thảo luận ca bệnh và làm việc trực tiếp với các chuyên gia quốc tế.

Từ 03/2024 đến nay, là Điều dưỡng trưởng Khoa Mắt Trẻ em tại Bệnh viện Mắt Hải Phòng, tham gia xây dựng và triển khai dịch vụ Khiếm thị theo hướng dẫn của Orbis International. Có kinh nghiệm đánh giá chức năng thị giác, lựa chọn dụng cụ hỗ trợ, xây dựng quy trình chăm sóc và điều phối phối hợp đa chuyên ngành giữa nhân viên y tế, gia đình và nhà trường; đồng thời tham gia nghiên cứu, đào tạo, báo cáo khoa học và hợp tác quốc tế.

Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân Điều dưỡng tại Đại học Y Dược Hải Phòng giai đoạn 2008–2012. Năm 2012, hoàn thành Chứng chỉ Thực hành Điều dưỡng Lâm sàng và Y tế Toàn cầu Loại Xuất sắc tại Đại học Kristianstad, Thụy Điển. Giai đoạn 2016–2018, hoàn thành chương trình Thạc sĩ Điều dưỡng tại Đại học Điều dưỡng Nam Định. Giai đoạn 2020–2022, hoàn thành chương trình Cử nhân Ngôn ngữ Anh tại Đại học Hàng hải Việt Nam. Từ 2012 đến 02/2024, là Giảng viên Bộ môn Điều dưỡng Sản phụ khoa tại Đại học Y Dược Hải Phòng, giảng dạy và hướng dẫn thực hành lâm sàng cho sinh viên trong nước và quốc tế. Đồng thời, có kinh nghiệm điều dưỡng lâm sàng tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Hải Phòng và Bệnh viện Đa khoa Quốc tế Hải Phòng.

Nguyen Thi Hoa holds a Bachelor of English Language and has experience in clinical teaching and international collaboration. She currently serves as Head Nurse of the Pediatric Eye Department at Hai Phong Eye Hospital, Viet Nam.

With more than 12 years of experience in clinical nursing education and international collaboration, she has a professional background in Obstetrics–Gynecology, Nursing, and Ophthalmology. Over the past 10 years, she has proficiently used medical English in teaching, case discussions, and direct work with international experts.

From March 2024 to present, she has served as Head Nurse of the Pediatric Eye Department at Hai Phong Eye Hospital, contributing to the establishment and implementation of Low Vision services following Orbis International’s guidance. Experienced in functional vision assessment, low vision device selection, care pathway development, and multidisciplinary coordination among healthcare professionals, families, and schools; also involved in clinical research, professional training, scientific presentations, and international collaboration.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing from Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy (2008–2012). In 2012, completed the Clinical Nursing and Global Health Practice Certificate with Excellent grade at Kristianstad University, Sweden. Completed a Master of Nursing at Nam Dinh University of Nursing (2016–2018), a Bachelor of English Language at Vietnam Maritime University (2020–2022), a Basic Ophthalmic Nursing Certificate at Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy (June 2024), and a Low Vision Training Certificate at Aravind Eye Hospital, India (July 2025).

From 2012 to February 2024, served as Lecturer in the Department of Obstetric and Gynecologic Nursing at Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy, teaching and providing clinical instruction to Vietnamese and international students. Also gained clinical nursing experience at Hai Phong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and Hai Phong International General Hospital.

Ông Weizhong Lan có bằng Bác sĩ Y khoa và Tiến sĩ. Hiện ông là Phó giám đốc, Aier, Học viện Nhãn khoa, Đại học Trung Nam, Trung Quốc.

Có hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Nhãn khoa trẻ em, kiểm soát cận thị và kính mắt.

Đã chủ trì hơn 15 thử nghiệm lâm sàng nghiên cứu các phương pháp can thiệp khác nhau nhằm làm chậm tiến triển cận thị và phòng ngừa khởi phát cận thị. Ông là người phát minh thiết bị đeo có khả năng đo lường hành vi làm việc ở khoảng cách gần và độ rọi môi trường theo thời gian thực; thiết bị khúc xạ ngoại vi có khả năng cung cấp bản đồ khúc xạ võng mạc trường rộng 2-D; cùng với thuật toán AI hỗ trợ thiết kế, lắp đặt và theo dõi kính Ortho-K. Với vai trò Trưởng Ban Tổ chức, ông đã tổ chức thành công Hội nghị Quốc tế về Cận thị 2024 tại Trung Quốc.

Ông đã nhận được nhiều giải thưởng và danh hiệu chuyên môn, bao gồm: Josh Wallman Travel Grant đầu tiên trong lĩnh vực Cận thị tại ARVO năm 2013; Nhân vật của năm về Nghiên cứu Khoa học và Đổi mới sáng tạo tại Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh kiểm soát cận thị Trung Quốc năm 2017; Giải thưởng Đội ngũ Nghiên cứu Khoa học và Đổi mới sáng tạo trong Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa của Hiệp hội Y khoa Trung Quốc năm 2018; và Giải thưởng Thành tựu Học thuật Xuất sắc trong Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa của Hiệp hội Y khoa Trung Quốc năm 2025.

Ông là Đại sứ của Viện cận thị Quốc tế tại Trung Quốc, đồng thời là thành viên của nhiều hiệp hội học thuật tại Trung Quốc, bao gồm Hiệp hội Bác sĩ Y khoa Trung Quốc - Nhánh Y học Thực chứng, Hiệp hội Trao đổi và Thúc đẩy Hợp tác Y tế và Chăm sóc Sức khỏe Quốc tế Trung Quốc và Hiệp hội Giao lưu Y tế Xuyên eo biển. Ông cũng là thành viên Ban Biên tập của nhiều tạp chí khoa học, trong đó có OPO và Tạp chí Lưu trữ Nhãn khoa Lâm sàng và Thực nghiệm Graefe.

Weizhong Lan holds an MD and PhD. He currently serves as Deputy Director, Aier, Academy of Ophthalmology, Central South University, China.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in Pediatric Ophthalmology, Myopia management, and Optics.

Led more than 15 clinical trials investigating different interventions to slow down myopia progression, as well as to prevent myopia onset. Invented a wearable device that is able to measure nearwork behavior and ambient illuminance in a real-time manner, a peripheral refractor that is able to provide 2-D wide-field retinal refractive map, and an AI algorithm to assist Ortho-K lenses fitting and follow-up observation. As the organizing chair, successfully hosted the International Myopia Conference (IMC) 2024 in China.

He won the first Josh Wallman Travel Grant in the field of Myopia at ARVO in 2013, the Person of the Year of Scientific Research and Innovation at Chinese Summit of Myopia Control in 2017, the team of Scientific Research and Innovation in Optometry of Chinese Medical Association in 2018, and Distinguished Academic Accomplishment Award in Optometry of Chinese Medical Association in 2025.

He is the ambassador of the International Myopia Institute (IMI) in China, and a member of several Chinese academic associations, including Chinese Medical Doctor Association Evidence-Based Medicine (CEBM), China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Healthcare (CPAM), and Association of Cross-Straits Medical Exchanges (ACSME). He also serves as an editorial board member of several scientific journals, including OPO and Graefe’s Archive for Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology.

Ông Phan Đằng Long có bằng Cử nhân – Kỹ thuật viên khúc xạ. Hiện ông là Ban thường vụ Câu lạc bộ Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Việt Nam, công tác tại Bệnh viện Mắt TP.HCM, Việt Nam.

Lĩnh vực chuyên môn: Khúc xạ nhãn khoa (36 năm kinh nghiệm, từ 1990); Kiểm soát cận thị (03 năm, từ 2023, có Chứng chỉ Kiểm soát cận thị bậc 3); Khiếm thị và phục hồi chức năng thị giác (12 năm, từ 2014); Giáo dục và đào tạo nhãn khoa (14 năm, từ 2012).

Có 38 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nhãn khoa (từ 1988).

Chủ nhiệm các đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học cấp Bệnh viện năm 2023 và 2024 về quang cụ hỗ trợ khiếm thị và chất lượng cuộc sống của người khiếm thị sau khi sử dụng các dụng cụ quang học hỗ trợ thị giác. Báo cáo viên tại Hội nghị quốc tế khoa học sức khỏe lần thứ nhất – 2025, Trường Đại học Khoa học Sức khỏe – ĐHQG TP.HCM (18/07/2025). Tham gia Hội thảo Ortho-K và Kiểm soát tiến triển cận thị thế giới GOMCC lần thứ 5 – Hội thảo khúc xạ nhãn khoa lần thứ 3-2025 với đề tài “Từ sàng lọc đến can thiệp: Mô hình toàn diện trong quản lý thị lực học đường” (22–24/08/2025).

Xây dựng chương trình đào tạo khúc xạ nhãn khoa dành cho lớp Kỹ thuật viên Khúc xạ 6 tháng, lớp Khúc xạ dành cho Bác sĩ Nhãn khoa 6 tháng tại Bệnh viện Mắt TP.HCM, lớp Kỹ thuật viên Mài kính tại Bộ môn Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa, Đại học Y khoa Phạm Ngọc Thạch. Chủ nhiệm các khóa cấp Chứng chỉ đào tạo liên tục chuyên ngành Khúc xạ nhãn khoa tại Bệnh viện Mắt từ năm 2012 đến nay.

Total years of experience in Ophthalmology & Optometry: 38 years (since 1988).

Principal Investigator for hospital-level research projects in 2023 and 2024 on optical low vision aids and quality of life of visually impaired people after using optical visual aids. Speaker at the 1st International Health Sciences Conference (2025) – University of Health Sciences, VNU-HCM (July 18, 2025). Bà Trịnh Thị Thu Thanh có bằng Thạc sĩ Giáo dục đặc biệt. Hiện bà là Chuyên gia Giáo dục đặc biệt tại Trường Mù Perkins, Mỹ, và Trung tâm Bàn Tay Khéo Léo, Việt Nam.

Là nhà giáo dục chuyên về giáo dục trẻ khuyết tật, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực giáo dục trẻ khiếm thị và khiếm thị đa tật. Có kinh nghiệm can thiệp, giáo dục trẻ khuyết tật, xây dựng chương trình can thiệp sớm, hỗ trợ cha mẹ và phát triển mạng lưới hỗ trợ trẻ khiếm thị tại Việt Nam. Có kinh nghiệm tập huấn nâng cao năng lực giáo viên, tư vấn giáo dục tại các nước Đông Nam Á và nghiên cứu xây dựng chương trình, phương pháp dạy học trẻ khuyết tật.

Từ 07/2024 đến nay, tham gia tư vấn giáo dục tại Trường Mù Perkins, Mỹ, điều phối các hoạt động giáo dục trẻ khiếm thị, khiếm thị đa tật của Perkins tại Việt Nam, tập huấn nâng cao năng lực giáo viên và tư vấn giáo dục tại các nước Đông Nam Á. Từ 07/2022 đến nay, là người sáng lập và phát triển chuyên môn tại Trung tâm Bàn Tay Khéo Léo, tập trung xây dựng chương trình can thiệp sớm, mạng lưới hỗ trợ trẻ khiếm thị và hỗ trợ cha mẹ. Trịnh Thị Thu Thanh holds a Master of Special Education. She currently serves as Special Education Specialist at Perkins School for the Blind, USA, and Low Vision Center, Viet Nam.

An educator specializing in education for children with disabilities, particularly children with visual impairment and multiple disabilities. Experienced in intervention and education for children with disabilities, developing early intervention programs, supporting parents, and developing support networks for children with visual impairment in Viet Nam. Experienced in teacher capacity building, educational consulting in Southeast Asian countries, and research on curriculum and teaching methods for children with disabilities.

From July 2024 to present, involved in educational consulting at Perkins School for the Blind, USA, coordinating Perkins’ educational activities for children with visual impairment and multiple disabilities in Viet Nam, providing teacher capacity-building training, and providing educational consulting in Southeast Asian countries. From July 2022 to present, founder and professional development lead at Low Vision Center, focusing on developing early intervention programs, support networks for children with visual impairment, and parent support. From 2011 to 2022, served as Teacher & Researcher at the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Hanoi National University of Education (2006–2010), with a Very Good classification and outstanding achievement in teaching practice. Completed a Master’s Degree in Special Education at Hanoi National University of Education (2012–2014). Completed the Multiple Disabilities Education Program at Perkins School for the Blind, USA (2019–2020).
