Welcome to the 5th Asia Optometric Congress, 10th Asian Optometric Conference, and 5th Optometry Vietnam Conference. To enjoy the special discounted rate for groups of 10 members, please follow the instructions below.
1. For the Group Representative
The Group Representative is the sole person responsible for making the total payment for the entire group and receiving the Group Code.
Step 1: Access the REGISTRATION section on the official conference
website:

→ Select "Group Registration"
→ Select "Create Group".
Step 2 – General Information: Fill in your details in the General Information section, similar to individual registration (Full Name, Organization, Email, Phone Number, etc.).
Step 3 – Payment: Complete the payment for the entire group of 10 people at the discounted rate displayed on the system.
Step 4 – Receive Group Code: Upon successful payment, a unique Group Code will be displayed on the screen and a copy will be sent to your registered email.
2. For the Remaining Members (9 people)
After receiving the Group Code from the Representative, the remaining members must follow these steps to confirm their participation:
Step 1: Access the REGISTRATION section on the official conference
website:

→ Select "Group Registration"
→ Select "Join Group".
Step 2: Fill in your complete personal information.
Step 3: In the "Group Code" field, enter the exact code provided by your Group Representative.
Step 4: Click "Register". If the code is valid, the system will confirm your successful registration without requiring any further payment.
3. Group Code Policy
To ensure fairness and accuracy, please note the following rules:
Usage Limit: Each Group Code is valid for a maximum of 09 entries (as the Group Representative is already counted as the first member of the group of 10).
First-Come, First-Served: The system will automatically lock the Group Code once 10 people (1 Representative + 9 members) have successfully registered.
Exceeding the Limit: If an 11th person attempts to use the code, the system will display an error. The 11th person must then register and pay as an individual or form a new group.
Security: The Group Representative is responsible for the security of the Group Code and must only share it with the intended members of their group.

Chào mừng Quý đại biểu đến với Hội nghị Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Châu Á lần thứ 5, Hội thảo Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Đông Nam Á lần thứ 10, Hội thảo Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Toàn quốc lần thứ 5. Để hưởng mức giá ưu đãi dành riêng cho nhóm 10 thành viên, vui lòng thực hiện theo quy trình hướng dẫn dưới đây.
1. Dành cho Người đại diện nhóm
Người đại diện sẽ là người duy nhất thực hiện việc thanh toán tổng cho cả nhóm và nhận mã nhóm.
Bước 1:
Truy cập REGISTRATION | ĐĂNG KÝ THAM DỰ trên website hội nghị:

→ Chọn mục "Đăng ký theo nhóm | Group registration"
→ Chọn mục "Tạo nhóm | Create group".
Bước 2 – Nhập thông tin cá nhân:
Bạn điền đầy đủ thông tin vào Thông tin chung tương tự như đăng ký đơn (Họ tên, Đơn vị, Email, Số điện
thoại...).
Bước 3 – Thanh toán:
Thực hiện thanh toán phí hội nghị cho toàn bộ nhóm 10 người theo giá ưu đãi hiển thị trên hệ thống.
Bước 4 – Nhận mã nhóm (Group Code):
Sau khi thanh toán thành công, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị một Mã Code duy nhất trên màn hình và gửi bản sao về
Email của bạn.
2. Dành cho các Thành viên còn lại (9 người)
Sau khi nhận được Mã Code từ Người đại diện, các thành viên còn lại thực hiện các bước sau để xác nhận tham gia:
Bước 1:
Truy cập REGISTRATION | ĐĂNG KÝ THAM DỰ trên website hội nghị:
https://aoc2026.optometryvietnam.org/
→ Chọn mục "Đăng ký theo nhóm | Group registration"
→ Chọn mục "Vào nhóm | Join group".
Bước 2:
Điền đầy đủ thông tin cá nhân của bạn.
Bước 3:
Tại mục "Group code", hãy nhập chính xác mã Code mà Người đại diện đã cung cấp.
Bước 4:
Nhấn "Đăng ký". Nếu mã hợp lệ, hệ thống sẽ xác nhận bạn đã đăng ký thành công mà không cần đóng
thêm phí.
3. Các quy định quan trọng về Mã Code (Group Code Policy)
Để đảm bảo quyền lợi và sự công bằng, vui lòng lưu ý các quy tắc sau:
Giới hạn số lượng:
Mỗi mã Code nhóm chỉ có hiệu lực cho tối đa 09 lượt nhập (vì người đại diện đã được tính là người đầu
tiên trong nhóm 10 người).
Nguyên tắc "Đến trước - Dùng trước":
Hệ thống sẽ tự động khóa mã Code ngay sau khi đủ 10 người (1 đại diện + 9 thành viên) đăng ký thành
công.
Trường hợp vượt quá số lượng:
Nếu người thứ 11 sử dụng mã này, hệ thống sẽ báo lỗi. Người thứ 11 sẽ phải đăng ký và đóng phí theo hình
thức cá nhân hoặc theo một nhóm mới.
Bảo mật:
Người đại diện có trách nhiệm bảo mật và chỉ chia sẻ mã Code cho đúng thành viên trong nhóm của mình.
