On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 5th Asian Optometry Congress (AOC), 10th Southeast Asian Optometry Conference (SEOC), and the 5th Vietnam Optometry Conference (OVC), to be held on 19–20 September 2026 in Da Nang, Vietnam.
This year’s meeting is held under the theme “One Vision – One Health: Comprehensive Eye Care of Asia,” with the tagline “Share Responsibility, Share Future.” The theme highlights the importance of comprehensive and collaborative approaches to eye care, emphasizing the shared responsibility of professionals, institutions, and health systems in advancing vision health across the region.
The scientific program will focus on key areas in optometry and vision care, including workforce development, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital health, leadership and policy advocacy, integration of optometry into healthcare systems, and specialized eye care fields such as contact lenses, binocular vision, low vision, and pediatric optometry.
We sincerely appreciate your participation and look forward to fruitful scientific discussions, meaningful collaborations, and a successful conference.

Thay mặt Ban Tổ chức, chúng tôi trân trọng chào mừng Quý vị đến tham dự Hội nghị Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Châu Á lần thứ 5 (The 5th Asian Optometry Congress – AOC), Hội thảo Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Đông Nam Á lần thứ 10 (The 10th Southeast Asian Optometry Conference – SEOC) và Hội thảo Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa Toàn quốc lần thứ 5 (The 5th Vietnam Optometry Conference – OVC), được tổ chức từ ngày 19–20 tháng 9 năm 2026 tại thành phố Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam.
Hội nghị năm nay mang chủ đề “One Vision – One Health: Comprehensive Eye Care of Asia” với thông điệp “Share Responsibility, Share Future”, nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của chăm sóc mắt toàn diện và sự hợp tác giữa các chuyên gia, tổ chức và hệ thống y tế nhằm nâng cao sức khỏe thị giác cho cộng đồng.
Chương trình khoa học của hội nghị sẽ tập trung vào các lĩnh vực trọng tâm của Khúc xạ Nhãn khoa, bao gồm phát triển nguồn nhân lực, ứng dụng công nghệ mới, lãnh đạo và vận động chính sách, tích hợp dịch vụ khúc xạ vào hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe, cũng như các lĩnh vực chăm sóc mắt chuyên sâu.
Chúng tôi tin tưởng rằng sự tham gia và đóng góp của Quý đại biểu sẽ góp phần tạo nên một diễn đàn khoa học ý nghĩa, thúc đẩy trao đổi học thuật và tăng cường hợp tác trong khu vực.
